Tuesday Night Bubble Results

Winners

Dayton-The Flyers defeated Rhode Island to stay atop the A-10 standings. This win gives the Flyers another Top 100 win and will almost certainly be dancing. However, the regular season finale at La Salle remains. Dayton should not chance losing to the Explorers. A win at La Salle not only guarantees a share of The A-10 regular season title but will likely lock their bid up.

Iowa- The Hawkeyes won their fifth straight and picked up another big road victory as they defeated the Hoosiers. Iowa now sits in great shape to make the tournament. Avoid the bad loss at home to Northwestern in their final regular season game by extending their winning streak to six and the Hawkeyes are guaranteed to dance.

Ole Miss- The Rebels ended their recent skid by defeating the Crimson Tide on the road. With this win, Ole Miss should dance. Avoid the bad loss at home to Vanderbilt and the Rebels should not have to worry about being left out.

NC State- The Wolfpack avoided losing at Clemson, which is what they needed to do. The Orange come into town as the Orange will play their final game of the season. This game is big for the Wolfpack as the Wolfpack just need to win games and avoid picking up too many losses. A win this Saturday may be enough but work in the ACC tournament may be required to feel great about their chances.

Losers

Rhode Island- The Rams lost at Dayton and now definitely will likely need to win the A-10 Tournament to dance this season. Good news for Rams fans is that URI should be back and better next season.

Indiana- The Hoosiers lost again, and this time it was at home to fellow bubbler Iowa. Their recent struggles have not been good for a team that is not safely in the field. The Hoosiers have some good wins but are starting to take in water quickly. This Saturday they host fellow bubble buddy Michigan State in a game that both teams need.

Georgia- The Bulldogs lost at home to Kentucky as expected but put up quite a fight and eventually fell short. Georgia is in good position to receive a bid. However, a potential bad loss looms as the Bulldogs travel to Auburn whom they are already lost at home to this season. A loss here would harm Georgia's resume and put them in shaky territory. A win may be good enough to put them in the safety zone.

Texas A&M- The Aggies picked up a questionable loss at Florida. However, the Aggies' profile lacks quality wins in general, but they have a high RPI and no bad losses which should work in their favor. With this type of resume, it is important the Aggies do not pick up any more questionable losses. Their only Top 50 wins is a sweep of LSU, so another marquee win would help. They host Alabama on Saturday in a must win for the Aggies.
