Virginia Tech over Wake Forest

The Hokies almost upset Notre Dame last week on the road. The ranked Deamon Deacons come to town. Could VT close the upset out this week?

Appalachian State over South Carolina

App State was ranked last week and now find them as a road underdog at South Carolina. App State has already beaten UNC and now has the opportunity to beat South Carolina in the same season. The Gamecocks have also really struggled since the Georgia win.

TCU over Baylor

Baylor has done what they have needed to win each week including barely hanging at home against West Virginia. Teams that live on the edge with constant close games will usually drop one. This might be the one.

UL-Monroe over Georgia State

The Panthers are having their season in program history and have a possible trap game at UL-Monroe who almost won at Florida State. Could a slip up happen this week?

Texas over Kansas State

K-State has been the more impressive team so far, but Texas has a chance to get back in the race with a win here. The Wildcats are in Austin, so Texas might get the advantage here.

Minnesota over Penn State

Minnesota is a surprise unbeaten. However, if you look at their schedule, it is not too wowing. Their ranking clearly reflected on this. However, #4 Penn State comes to town for a monster came with playoff implications for both teams. The Gophers have a chance to prove they are a contender.
