Rosen led UCLA to an incredible comeback victory over Texas A&M 45-44 where he threw for 491 yards and 4 touchdowns. He completed 35 out of 59 passes which isn't as good as other quarterbacks but the epic comeback victory over a quality opponent and his 4th quarter performance lands him in the top spot after Week 1.

2 Baker Mayfield- QB- Oklahoma
Mayfield went 19 for 20 and threw 329 yards and three touchdowns in Oklahoma's dominating 56-7 win over UTEP. It was only UTEP. Let's see what Mayfield can do at the Horseshoe on Saturday against the Buckeyes.

3 Lamar Jackson- QB- Louisville
Jackson threw for 378 yards and 2 touchdowns and finished 30 for 46 in completions. Jackson also rushed for 107 yards. He was the main reason the Cardinals beat Purdue. Jackson has another chance to continue to build his Heisman resume this weekend as they travel to Chapel Hill to take on the Tar Heels.

4 Saquon Barkley- RB- Penn State
Barkley ran for 172 yards and 2 touchdowns in only 14 attempts in the Nittany Lions 52-0 victory over Akron. A great opportunity to boost his Heisman resume comes this weekend as the Pittsburgh Panthers come to town.

5 Mason Rudolph- QB- Oklahoma State
Rudolph went 20 for 24 and threw for 303 yards and 3 three touchdowns and also rushed for 1 touchdown in the Cowboys 59-24 win over Tulsa. Rudolph ran a very efficient offense and gets another chance to boost big numbers before they travel to Pittsburgh next week.
